Recruiter/Staffing Consultant
Our Recruitment Consulting practice is a premier provider of “on-demand” recruiting, staffing process consulting, and managed staffing services. We are the first and the only firm in the Delaware Valley to apply and sustain a full-service consulting model for recruitment and talent management. As a DoubleStar Staffing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients to develop recruitment strategies, implement recruiting initiatives, and manage full lifecycle recruitment to assist in selecting and closing candidates.

| Job Requirements |
Requirements
•Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience from agency, corporate or consulting environment
•Ability to consult with hiring managers to help them solve complex recruitment challenges
•Strong Interpersonal skills
•Bachelor’s degree
